Due to the research and labor involved in producing analytics reports, all single report purchases are final and non-refundable once work has commenced. Work commences upon receipt of full payment and client intake information.
If you cancel a single report order before ProScope Data LLC has begun research — within 2 hours of payment and before intake information has been submitted — a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
If a delivered report contains verified factual errors based on cited sources, ProScope Data LLC will correct the errors at no charge within 5 business days of receiving written notice.
Either party may cancel a monthly retainer agreement with 30 days written notice via email to info@proscopedata.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
Retainer clients may request a one-month pause once per year with 14 days written notice. Pauses do not qualify for refunds on the paused month if work has already commenced.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside of the above terms, contact us at info@proscopedata.com. ProScope Data LLC will review all disputes in good faith within 5 business days.
