This Client Services Agreement is entered into between ProScope Data LLC, a sports analytics consultancy operating at proscopedata.com, and the client identified in the applicable report request or retainer enrollment.
ProScope Data LLC agrees to provide the analytics services selected by the client including NIL Valuation Reports, Player Analytics Reports, Contract Negotiation Support, Transfer Portal Intelligence, Draft Preparation Packages, Brand-Athlete Matching, Collective & Booster Analytics, Recruiting Intelligence, University NIL Compliance Consulting, Social Audits, and retainer analytics services as applicable.
All single report fees are due in full before work begins. Retainer fees are billed monthly at the start of each billing cycle. Invoices are due upon receipt. ProScope Data LLC reserves the right to pause services for overdue accounts.
ProScope Data LLC will deliver completed reports in PDF format within the agreed turnaround time. Standard turnaround is 48 hours for single reports. Retainer deliverables are agreed upon at the start of each monthly cycle.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, athlete data, deal terms, pricing, and business strategy shared during this engagement. ProScope Data LLC will not disclose client information to any third party without written consent.
All ProScope Data LLC reports and analytics are intelligence products only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. ProScope Data LLC is not liable for any decisions made based on report content.
All reports, scoring models, methodologies, and analytical frameworks produced by ProScope Data LLC remain the intellectual property of ProScope Data LLC. Reports are licensed to the client for internal business use only.
ProScope Data LLC total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the most recent transaction or billing cycle.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. For single report engagements, termination prior to delivery does not entitle the client to a refund if work has commenced.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
