ProScope Data LLC provides NIL Valuation Reports, Player Analytics Reports, Contract Negotiation Support, Transfer Portal Intelligence, Draft Preparation Packages, Brand-Athlete Matching Reports, Collective & Booster Analytics, Recruiting Intelligence Reports, University NIL Compliance Consulting, Social Audits, and monthly retainer analytics services. All services are subject to these Terms.
All transactional reports require full payment upfront before work begins. Retainer agreements are billed monthly in advance. By submitting payment, you authorize ProScope Data LLC to charge the agreed amount.
ProScope Data LLC will deliver completed reports within the turnaround time specified at the time of purchase. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on data availability and complexity. ProScope Data LLC will notify you of any significant delays.
ProScope Data LLC reports are built from publicly available data sources including official school athletics pages, ESPN, PFF performance grades, On3 NIL valuations, social media public profiles, and conference records. Where data is estimated or client-provided, it will be clearly labeled in the report.
All ProScope Data LLC reports, methodologies, scoring models, and analytical frameworks are the intellectual property of ProScope Data LLC. Reports are licensed to the purchasing client for internal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
Due to the research and labor involved in producing analytics reports, all sales are final. If a report contains verified factual errors, ProScope Data LLC will correct them at no charge within 5 business days of delivery upon written request.
ProScope Data LLC will treat all client-provided information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
ProScope Data LLC reports are analytics intelligence products only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. Clients should consult qualified professionals before making any decisions based on report content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProScope Data LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific report or service in question.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
